Creative direction

Goldbranch Estates is a luxurious residential development in the Boulder county town of Niwot, Colorado. The community's homes mix classic Tuscan inspiration with modern style and high-end features. Goldbranch approached Anthem Branding with a request to update their visual identity in order to more accurately reflect its modern aesthetic sensibilities.



Our strategic discovery revealed that maintaining elements of the original Goldbranch logo was important to the development's investors, and would ensure that a smooth and subtle brand transition among current residents in the neighborhood. Where the old logo felt outdated and stuffy, a new mark would accurately reflect the homes' contemporary style.



Elegant typography and an upscale color palette give Goldbranch a beautiful visual platform for brand communication on sales materials and a website, as well as throughout the development.
